A small ewer of qingbai porcelain, the glaze a faint bluish white where it gathers, the body translucent at the lip. Slender spout and a strap handle. These were made in the Jingdezhen kilns for wine or water, and their cool, watery glaze is one of the pleasures of Song porcelain.
